The current government will establish 1,000 easily accessible primary health centers under the primary health service development program to be implemented in the country, said the Secretary to the Ministry of Health and Mass Media, Specialist Dr. Anil Jasinghe.
He was participating as the chief guest at the ceremony to wear the headscarf and dedicate themselves to service for the 2020—a student nursing group held at the Ampara Nursing College.
At the ceremony, 140 students who successfully completed the first year of theoretical and practical training of the three-year course for nursing students wore the headscarf and dedicated themselves to service.
