The Navy and the Police Special Task Force have recovered 174 kilograms and 126 grams of Kerala cannabis during a joint search operation conducted today (04).

This was near the Watthirayan beach in Kilinochchi, Jaffna.

The Navy stated that the value of the drug seized during this operation exceeds 69 million rupees.

The drug stock has subsequently been handed over to the Maruthanka i Police Special Task Force for further legal action.
