Minister of Electricity and Energy Mr. Kanchana Wijesekera says that it has been decided to increase the fuel quota currently given in the national fuel permit QR system.
 
It is in conjunction with the fuel price revision to be carried out next month.
 
He said in a Twitter message that this decision was taken at the meeting held yesterday afte oon with the financial, commercial and marketing departments of the Ceylon Petroleum Corporation.
