The 'Report of the Commission of Inquiry into the Establishment and Maintenance of Illegal Detention Centers and Torture Chambers in the Batalanda Housing Complex' has been forwarded to the Atto ey General.

This is as per the instructions of the President.

The gove ment has decided to take further action on this report, which was presented to Parliament after 25 years.
