The Colombo High Court has ordered the case filed by the Bribery Commission against three defendants, including former Fisheries Minister Rajitha Senaratne, who are accused of causing a loss to the gove ment when leasing the Modara Fisheries Harbour to a private company in 2014, to be taken up on January 29th.
It is reported that the case was taken up before Colombo High Court Judge Mohamed Mihal today (11).
The Bribery Commission has informed the court to grant permission to amend the charges filed against these defendants.
