Former Minister Rajitha Senaratne, who has been issued a warrant for his arrest, has been issued a notice today (20) to appear before the court on August 29.

This was done by the Colombo Magistrate's Court.

After considering a request made by the Bribery Commission, Colombo Chief Magistrate Ms. Tanuja Lakmali has issued this notice under Section 60 (1) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
