Sri Lanka Test captain Dimuth Karunaratne says that he wants to say goodbye to the captaincy after this Test series.

He mentioned this while speaking to the media after the Test series against Pakistan yesterday.

He said that the Sri Lanka Cricket Selection Committee was also informed in this regard.
 
He also mentioned that he would like to play as a batsman even if he leaves the captaincy.
