Canada takes a tough decision after a WHO warning



Canada has decided to impose a temporary travel ban on residents of three African countries.

This is due to the risk of spreading the Ebola virus.

Residents of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, and South Sudan have been banned from entering Canada for a period of 90 days starting Wednesday.

The Canadian gove ment stated that this decision was taken to minimize the risk of the Ebola virus entering Canada and spreading within the country.

The World Health Organization recently stated that the risk of the Bundibugyo variant of the Ebola virus developing into a national epidemic in the Democratic Republic of the Congo has reached a 'very high' level.
