The Blue Verification mark given by Facebook was previously only available to people who are famous and approved by Facebook.

But from the year 2023, Facebook has given everyone the opportunity to get it.

This opportunity was first introduced only to a limited number of countries.

There are plans to introduce this to other countries soon.

By now, Sri Lanka has been given the opportunity to get Blue Verification through payment.

It is stated that one person should pay nearly 12 US dollars per month.

Accordingly, the qualifications you need to meet to get Blue Verification are.,
1) You should have given the opportunity to get Meta Verification for the country you live in.
2) Should be above 18 years of age.
3) It should be a Public or Private Profile with your real name.
4) Two-Factor Authentication must be enabled.
5) Must have minimum activity requirements and posting history approved by Facebook.
6) Terms of service and Community Standards should be agreed upon.

Below is how to activate Blue Verification.,
1) Access the Facebook Menu.
2) Go to Privacy Settings Option.
3) Access the Accounts Center.
4) Go to the Meta Verification Option there.
5) Select your Facebook account.
6) Subscribe and pay.
