An accident occurred when two motorcycles collided.

It was at the 134th kilometer post in Horowpathana on the Puttalam-Trincomalee road.

The police stated that one person has died in the accident.

It is reported that the two motorcyclists and the two pillion riders who were injured in the accident were admitted to the Horowpathana Hospital for treatment, where one of the cyclists has died.
