Former Chairman of Kataragama Pradeshiya Sabha, Ashoka Wickramasinghe, has been arrested.

By officers of the Criminal Investigation Department.

He has reportedly been arrested on charges of forging documents related to a house in Kataragama belonging to the Rajapaksa family.
