The Colombo Magistrate's Court has ordered the remand of former Deputy Director of Prison Hospital Hemantha Ranasinghe, who was arrested in connection with a bribery incident.

This is until the 19th.

Colombo Additional Magistrate Manjula Ratnayake has issued this order after considering the facts presented by the Bribery Commission and the defense lawyers.
