The Colombo High Court today received indictments against a biomedical engineer from the Ministry of Health's Biomedical Engineering Services Unit.

The indictments, filed by the Bribery Commission, allege that the engineer caused financial losses to the gove ment during the purchase of 35 operating room lamps in 2015.

The case was presented before Colombo High Court Judge Navaratne Marasinghe.
