Former State Minister Lohan Ratwatte and his wife have been further remanded following their appearance at the Nugegoda Magistrate’s Court today (18).

Ratwatte will remain in custody until December 2, while his wife has been remanded until November 22.

The arrests stem from the discovery of an unregistered vehicle at the wife’s residence in Mirihana, Nugegoda. Police confirmed that Ratwatte was apprehended in Kandy in connection with the case.
