Former President Ranil Wickremesinghe has expressed his condolences over the recent terrorist attack in Kashmir.

At least 26 people have reportedly been killed in the attack carried out by a group of terrorists on Tuesday.

In a letter to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, former President Ranil Wickremesinghe stated that it was a heinous crime.
