Former Minister Mervyn Silva has been remanded until April 21st in connection with an incident involving the sale of fake OSPU (a government-owned land) in the Kiribathgoda area.

That was when the case was taken up before the Mahara Magistrate's Court today (09).

Three other people charged in the incident have also been remanded until April 21st.
