Equipment for conducting exercise E.C.G. tests and Holter monitoring tests, which are essential for the Cardiology Unit of the Nawalapitiya District General Hospital, has been installed and added to the hospital service.

This was done under the leadership of the Director of the Hospital, Specialist Dr. Janaka Somaratne.

A cost of Rs. 20 lakh has been spent on installing this testing equipment.
