Several train services have been canceled following adverse weather conditions across parts of the island.

The Railway Department announced that the night mail train from Colombo Fort to Badulla, scheduled for tonight (27), along with the retu mail train from Badulla to Colombo Fort, will not operate.

Additionally, train services on the Batticaloa line have been limited to the Polonnaruwa station, while services on the Upcountry line have been restricted to Nanuoya station this afte oon.
