Sampath Manamperi, who is wanted for arrest in connection with the discovery of two containers containing chemicals suspected of being used to manufacture the drug ice in the Middeniya area, is ready to surrender to the relevant Magistrate's Court; his lawyer recently informed the Court of Appeal.

Accordingly, it is reported that he has surrendered to the Walasmulla Magistrate's Court today (17).
