The Sri Lanka Cricket Institute has decided to appoint the former Sri Lanka Super Batsman Mr. Sanath Jayasuriya as a consultant of the Sri Lanka Cricket Institute.

It is reported that discussions are currently being held at the Cricket Institute for that.

It is said that the cricket board has decided to pay a higher salary to Mr. Sanath Jayasuriya for this.
