Subcommittees have been appointed to properly manage foreign aid received by Sri Lankans affected by Cyclone Ditva.

Deputy Minister of Defense Aruna Jayasekara stated that the decision was taken when the Presidential Committee on Disaster Management met.

He further stated that issues such as properly entering all aid received by the country into a database and providing it to the appropriate person were discussed at the meeting.
