The Department of Meteorology states that showers or thundershowers may occur at places in the Central, Sabaragamuwa, Southe , Northweste , and Uva provinces after 2.00 pm today (16).

The department stated that there may also be some showers in the Easte Province.

The Department of Meteorology further stated that foggy conditions may prevail in some places in the Central, Sabaragamuwa, and Uva provinces and in the Galle and Matara districts during the early hours of the mo ing.
