US President Donald Trump has officially confirmed that he will meet with Russian President Vladimir Putin on August 15 to discuss the Russia-Ukraine war.
The meeting is scheduled to take place in Alaska.
Foreign media reported that the location of the meeting between the leaders of the two countries has not yet been specified.
This will be the first face-to-face meeting between Trump and Putin on US soil in about 6 years, and it is reported that they last met in 2019.
Vladimir Putin has recently agreed to a ceasefire with Ukraine.
US President Donald Trump also stated that he will pay attention to the territories of the proposed agreement to be signed between the two countries.
