US President Donald Trump says he may not extend the ceasefire with Iran.

He said he would have to do so if negotiations fail to reach an agreement by Wednesday.

Foreign media reported that the president's statement raised the risk of renewed military action.

Iranian sources said that the second round of talks between the two sides is scheduled to be held next Monday.
