A group of female plantation workers who were picking tea leaves at the Kirkswall Estate in the Bagawanthalawa Police Division were attacked by wasps today (14).

It is reported that 5 female plantation workers who were injured in the attack have been admitted to the Bagawanthalawa Regional Hospital.
