It is with great pleasure and excitement that I stand before you today to inaugurate the new office of the Inte et Society Sri Lanka Chapter. This momentous occasion marks a significant milestone in our jou ey towards advancing the Inte et and its positive impact on society in Sri Lanka.

I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to all the Exco and Members who have contributed to making this day possible. Your unwavering support and commitment to the cause of an open, accessible, and secure Inte et have brought us to this moment of celebration.

The Inte et has become an integral part of our daily lives, transforming the way we communicate, conduct business, access information, and connect with the world. As the President of the Inte et Society, it is my firm belief that the Inte et should be a tool for empowerment, fostering innovation, education, and inclusive development.

The Sri Lanka Chapter of the Inte et Society has been at the forefront of advocating for an open and inclusive Inte et ecosystem. Through various initiatives, programs, and collaborations, the Chapter has played a vital role in promoting digital literacy, fostering Inte et gove ance discussions, and advocating for policies that support an open and secure Inte et in Sri Lanka.

The new office we inaugurate today symbolizes our commitment to furthering these efforts. It will serve as a hub for our members, partners, and stakeholders to come together, collaborate, and work towards our shared vision of a connected Sri Lanka. It will be a space where ideas are nurtured, innovative projects, and meaningful dialogue takes place.
