Reuters has reported that Hamas has submitted a proposal for a long ceasefire.
Accordingly, it has been proposed to suspend the fighting in Gaza for about 4 1/2 months and then stop the conflict.
Hamas sent this proposal in response to a proposal sent to Hamas by the Qatari and Egyptian authorities with the consent of the United States and Israel.
The proposal consists of three phases.
Under its first phase, the remaining hostages and Palestinian prisoners are exchanged.
It is stated that under the second phase, the construction of the Gaza Strip will begin and under the third phase, the complete withdrawal of the Israeli forces and the exchange of the bodies of the dead people.
