03 flights scheduled to land at Katunayake Airport have been diverted to Mattala Airport and Thiruvananthapuram International Airport in India.

This was due to dense fog that prevailed this morning (19).

SriLankan Airlines flight UL-881 from Guangzhou, China, and flight UL-266 from Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, have been diverted.

In addition, SriLankan Airlines flight UL-254 from Dammam, Saudi Arabia, has been diverted to Thiruvananthapuram International Airport in Kerala, India, it is reported.
