$500 million investor for Srilankan Airlines?
The Bids for Srilankan Airlines will be opened on 5th March 2024.
The deadline to submit bids has been extended further from 9th January 2024 to 5th March.
Minister of Ports, Shipping and Aviation of Sri Lanka Mr. Nimal Siripala de Silva stated yesterday (28) that the bid calling is starting from 10.00 am.
Bids will be opened by 2.00 pm and the process will be done live, according to the minister.
Mr. Nimal Siripala further explained that he is expecting at least a $500 million investment for Srilankan Airlines.
