A person from the Panadura area who prepared fake documents, including fake identity cards, has been arrested by officers of the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.

It is reported that he has been arrested for violating Section 124 of the Anti-Corruption Act No. 09 of 2023.

A person from the Gorakapola area in Panadura has been arrested.

The suspect who was arrested is scheduled to be produced before the Colombo Chief Magistrate's Court.
