A plane carrying disaster relief supplies from Switzerland arrived at the Katunayake Airport today.
It is reported that the aid supplies include water purifiers and other equipment needed for their operation.
This aid supply, weighing 2.6 metric tons, consists of 17 packages.
It is reported that the Swiss Deputy Ambassador to Sri Lanka, Olivier Prass, and a group of officials from the Disaster Management Center have also arrived at the airport for this occasion.
