A stock of empty bullet casings and a stock of live ammunition were found near the Mogagama School in the Ratmalgahawewa Road area, Thalawa, today (14).

The police stated that the stock of ammunition in question is ammunition used for T-56-type firearms.

The police are conducting further investigations into this incident.
