The Department of Examinations says that the General Certificate of Education Advanced Level Examination for the year 2025 will be held from November 10th to December 5th.

The department further stated that applications will be invited online from today (26) to July 21st, 2025.

The Department of Examinations stated that all school applicants should submit their applications online through their school principal and private applicants should submit their applications in person as per the relevant instructions, and private applicants should use their National Identity Card number.

It is possible to submit the relevant applications by visiting the official website of the Department of Examinations of Sri Lanka, www.doenets.lk or www.onlineexams.gov.lk/eic.
