Passengers departing from the Bandaranaike Inte ational Airport in Katunayake have been allowed to check their flight tickets 4 hours before their scheduled flight time.

It is reported that this will be implemented from noon today (17).

This is expected to improve passenger service at the airport and facilitate airport operations for air passengers.

Previously, the waiting period was 3 hours before boarding.
