Sri Lanka Customs recorded the highest revenue collected in a single day in its history yesterday (15).
It is reported that it collected Rs. 2,470 million in taxes.
Sri Lanka Customs has managed to collect a revenue of Rs. 1,867 billion so far this year.
The Director General of Customs stated that the Customs has been given a revenue target of Rs. 2,115 billion for the year 2025, and that amount will be easily exceeded.
