Engineer L. Kumudu Lal Bogahawatte has been appointed as the Secretary to the Ministry of Housing, Construction, and Water Supply.

The relevant appointment letter was handed over to him by the Secretary to the President, Dr. Nandika Sanath Kumanayake, this mo ing (13).
