Children attending school have been provided with the facility to travel on Sri Lanka Transport Board buses this month as well using the season ticket for the month of November.

Deputy Minister of Transport and Highways Prasanna Gunasena stated that accordingly, the facility can be obtained by presenting last month's season ticket.

Meanwhile, Deputy Minister Mahinda Jayasinghe stated that teachers are ready to donate one day's salary in January with the aim of raising funds to restore educational activities affected by the disaster.
