A Sri Lankan has been nominated for the award as the best law student in America in 2023.

It is Dylan Mahen Gunaratne, and he studying at Southweste Law College Law School in America.

He was bo in Canada, and his parents are Sri Lankan.
 
The graduation ceremony of 'Southweste Law College' will be held on the 19th, and Dylan Mahen Gunaratne has been chosen to deliver a special speech for the law students.

This is the first time that a Sri Lankan law student has been selected to deliver a special speech at Southweste Law College.
 
Dylan received his undergraduate degree from Cal State University, Los Angeles, USA.

After that, he has worked with 'YTV' channel in Toronto, Canada.
 
He entered Southweste Law School, winning a scholarship worth US$75,000.
