The Colombo Magistrate's Court today (25) ordered the remand of suspended Prisons Commissioner General Thushara Upuldeniya.

Until July 9th.

He was arrested and remanded on suspicion of aiding and abetting the release of an inmate held at the Anuradhapura Prison on presidential pardon.
