The Ministry of Public Security and Parliamentary Affairs says that security around the KRIS building in Colombo Fort has been tightened.

This is due to the fact that the building was set on fire on two occasions.

Minister Ananda Wijepala stated that nearly 20 police officers have been assigned to it.

The minister also stated that a report from the gove ment analyst regarding the fires is to be obtained.
