The Department of Meteorology says that rain or thundershowers may occur in many parts of the island after 02.00 pm.

Also, some places in Uva, Central, Sabaragamuwa and Easte provinces may experience heavy rains of more than 75 mm.

In addition, it is reported that some rain may occur in the coastal areas of the Weste and Southe provinces in the mo ing.

Foggy conditions may prevail in some places in Central, Sabaragamuwa and Uva provinces in the mo ing.
