With the recent bad weather across the island, dengue cases have increased.

The National Dengue Control Unit stated that dengue cases have increased in 9 districts.

Also, 38,764 dengue cases have been reported in the country in the past period, said its Community Medicine Specialist Prashila Samaraweera.
