The Meteorological Department states that showers or thundershowers are likely to occur at several places in the Weste , Sabaragamuwa, Central, Southe , Uva, and Northweste provinces and in the Mannar district tomorrow (27) after 1.00 pm.

The department stated that some places in the Weste , Sabaragamuwa, Southe , and Uva provinces are likely to experience fairly heavy showers exceeding 75 mm tomorrow.

The statement further states that foggy conditions are likely to prevail at some places in the Weste , Sabaragamuwa, Central, and Uva provinces and in the Galle, Matara, and Kurunegala districts during the mo ing.
