The Department of Meteorology has issued an announcement saying that there will be mainly rainless weather in the island.

The announcement also stated that there is a possibility of frost in some places in the Nuwara Eliya district during the early mo ing.

Foggy conditions are expected in some places in Central, Sabaragamuwa, Weste and Uva provinces and Galle and Matara districts in the mo ing.
