Minister of Labor and Deputy Minister of Economic Development Anil Jayantha Fe ando stated that a new methodology will be implemented in consultation with the Ministry of Labor to present the newly opened Employees' Provident Funds and Employees' Trust Funds to Parliament.

This was in response to a question raised by Opposition Member S. M. Marikkar in Parliament today (08).

He stated that an analysis can be made regarding information on national savings, new investments, capital supply, etc., and that information can be collected regarding women's labor contribution through this.

The minister further stated that this new methodology will be provided online.
