An accident occurred today (06) when a lorry collided with two cars parked on the side of the road.

This happened near the Bambalapitiya Marine Road.

Five people were injured in the accident and have been hospitalized.

Police stated that a lorry travelling from Wellawatte towards Kollupitiya had collided with two cars, and then the lorry had driven towards the railway track and stopped on the railway tracks.
