A delegation from the Inte ational Monetary Fund is scheduled to arrive in Sri Lanka later this month.

Deputy Minister of Finance Dr. Anil Jayantha Fe ando stated that they will be visiting the country for review discussions prior to the 6th tranche of the IMF loan facility provided to the country.

So far, the IMF has provided 05 loan tranches to the country.

Dr. Anil Jayantha Fe ando stated that the necessary agreements are also scheduled to be reached regarding the release of the 06th loan tranche.
