The Meteorological Department says that thundershowers are likely to occur in many places on the island tomorrow (04) evening or night.

The department said in a statement that showers are likely to occur in the Northweste and West Coastal areas tomorrow mo ing.

The statement further states that heavy showers of about 100 mm are likely to occur in some places in the Weste , Sabaragamuwa, Central, Northweste , and North Central provinces.

Meanwhile, the Meteorological Department said that foggy conditions can be expected in some places in the Central, Sabaragamuwa, Uva, and North Central provinces in the mo ing.
