Milk powder importers have decided to reduce the price of a kilogram of imported milk powder by Rs. 125 from tomorrow (16).

The Ministry of Trade, Commerce, Food Security, and Cooperative Development stated that they have also agreed to reduce the price of a 400-gram packet of milk powder by Rs. 50 accordingly.

This decision has been taken with the aim of passing on the benefits to the consumers, taking into account the fall in milk powder prices in the world market.

The Ministry of Trade, Commerce, Food Security, and Cooperative Development stated that it is expected to reduce the price of milk powder again in April.
