Iran has confirmed that the secretary of Iran's Supreme National Security Council, Ali Larijani, has been killed in an Israeli attack.

Foreign media reported that Iran's Supreme National Security Council issued a statement today (18) confirming Larijani's death.

The Israeli Defense Ministry had announced yesterday (17) that Iran's top security official, Ali Larijani, had been killed.
